职责描述： • work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnerships, leading to sales and market share growth, lower costs and higher margins, preference for import cross border ecommerce business. • work with vendors to create and execute market-leading category plans including new brand or product launch plans, promotion plans and marketing plans. • work closely with the marketing team to develop attractive and interesting promotional events which follow pre-agreed selling plans. • collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that store layouts, promotions and display techniques are effective in maximizing sales and profitability for the category. • establish and maintain effective margin and price controls which maximize business profits whilst delivering a good value offer to the customer. • manage stock levels and mark-downs to ensure that product availability remains high and product lifecycle is effectively managed. • manage and develop a category management team, ensuring that they are customer and product focused at all times. - 商品整理及规划。根据品牌经营目标和品牌定位，综合分析国内外市场潮流趋势，分析需求与历史销售数据，分析竞争品牌的优劣势，和品牌每季的商品品类，价格、系列，季节主题及和运营讨论推广方案，完成期货订制工作，确保产品线完整性、主推产品的库存深度等，包括美妆，个护，保健（otc），母婴产品 - 维护及评估现有香港、内地、国外供应商，与供应商议价，根据不同平台运营进行选品、商品结构优化 - 紧跟潮流趋势，开发新供应商，完善及优化现有商品池 - 与运营紧密合作，控制毛利、库存周转等指标，促成销售目标的达成 - 团队管理 任职要求： • university graduate • at least 5-8 years solid experience in beauty and health merchandising, category management, or e-commerce (tmall/jd/wechat online shopping platforms) and retail industry • with preferred category management experience in health care, otc, personal care, beauty care • communication in both english and putonghua is needed • good market sense and able to work in fast pace environment • strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills, sensitive to numbers • solid analytical skills; able to work independently as well as under pressure • ms office, word, excel(must), power point • candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of assistant category manager - 本科及以上学历，8年以上工作经验，有跨境电商经验为佳 - 具备美妆/个护/母婴/健康品类经验 - 熟悉excel、word、ppt操作对数据敏感， - 沟通能力良好,优秀英语听说读写能力 - 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，善于协调部门间的工作，责任心强 - 抗压能力强，能够适应高效率快节奏的工作环境
