工作职责： 杭州市萧山区立学校小学部现招聘一名学习支持老师；具体详见下方英文工作职责； 入职时间：2025年秋季

岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历；英语流利，可双语授课； 2. 有3年及以上双语/国际学校教龄； 3. 持有教师资格证； 4. 热爱教育事业，爱孩子，有耐心，有亲和力；

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour, positive reinforcement and prevent challenging behaviour. • Work with pupils to develop their leadership skills and encourage them to take on leadership roles within the school. • Develop and deliver service-learning opportunities for pupils to encourage them to contribute to their local community. • Provide pastoral care and support to pupils who may be experiencing personal or emotional difficulties. • Set pastoral targets for pupils and work with them to achieve these targets. • Work with teachers and other staff to identify pupils who may need additional support and develop strategies to support them。 • Provide training and support through modelling, mentoring and coaching to staff on behaviour management and the strategies for building pupil-teacher relationship and creating a caring community. • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide regular reports to the Head of Pastoral. PERSON SPECIFICATION • Experience of working in a similar role in a school or other educational setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English. • Strong organisational and planning skills. • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques. • Understanding of pupil leadership and service learning. • Understanding of pastoral care and target setting. • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
